Doris Ngum is a dynamic community transformation activist committed to improving the socio-economic dignity of African communities through personal and cultural transformation. She is a passionate advocate for women’s rights, an inspirational speaker, entrepreneurship coach, customer experience trainer, and business consultant. With a strong emphasis on manpower development, she empowers individuals—especially women and girls—to become transformational leaders and establish social enterprises as tools for community growth.

As a trained and qualified Management Accountant, Doris is the Founder and Executive Director of Royalty World, a faith-based development organization dedicated to equipping Africans for transformative action. She is also the founder of the Transformation Leadership Academy, an initiative focused on leadership and personal development. Additionally, she co-founded Rinoo Cameroon, a social enterprise providing economic empowerment opportunities for vulnerable groups, particularly through the production of washable pads.

Doris serves as the Coordinator for the Grand Litoral Hub of the CNSAF and is a Consultant with Lead From the Heart, where she facilitates leadership and community-building programs. She is a lecturer and entrepreneurship coach at the Higher Institute of Management Studies (HIMS Buea), mentoring and guiding aspiring entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their ventures. As the Lead Customer Experience Trainer with CX Touch Points Group Ltd, she works with businesses to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.

As an action-driven personality, Doris deeply cares about her community’s well-being and is dedicated to awakening the true potential of young people. She is a devoted mother to Zenon Tuward-Tanyi and a mentor to youth, women, and single mothers, guiding them in finding purpose and creating a lasting impact in their communities.
